1.1 million square foot mall to be re-positioned to a mixed-use
development. Concept development and layout plan. Assisted
in negotiating the REA restructuring, purchase of outstanding
competitor Landlords, and in development of Banquet &
Conference center. Retained for ongoing consultation for REA,
product and brand mix, leasing and contract negotiations,
and future scope or “vision” of the overall project
until profitably sold to third parties.
Highland Village Holdings,
Inc. An upscale Houston, Texas, Shopping Center.
Retained to consult for a five-year period on product and
brand mix, leasing and contract negotiations, and “character
change” in scope or “vision” of the overall
project.
The Mills Corporation.
Innovative National MegaMall developer and operator. Retained
to analyze currently existent locations for fashion upgrading;
recommend and strategize on new potential Major tenants to
add to the current “mix”; assist in creating new
retail distribution concepts for several new Malls announced
and under development.
Heart of Texas Assisted Care
Living Centers and the Harvest Community Centers.
Engaged as a member of a three-man team to re-structure nine
assisted care living and nursing homes in each of the two
companies at different times. Taking both companies for financial
problems and Chapter 11 Re-organization to successful turnaround
for re-sale.
